An astute Chartered Accountant, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators (ICSA), a holder of a post graduate diploma in applied accountancy (DAA), with solid grounding gained over 38 years, in all aspects of Zimbabwean taxation, commercial and structured finance transactions, re-organisations, mergers, complex taxation issues, corporate governance, risk advisory and, strategic planning for operational excellence.

John is a lateral thinker whose experience spans 17 years with the Department of Taxes (ZIMRA) one of which was with the Australian Tax Office, 5 years with Deloitte and 17 years with Hippo Valley Estates at the apex of finance.
